Turner Prize-winning sound artist Susan Philipsz talks about her latest installation which will ring out daily in Edinburgh at 1 o'clock throughout August. The latest TV 'talent show' in the USA, A Chance to Dance, is setting out to create a dance troupe from scratch in one month, whilst exploring new technologies for reaching a wide audience.
