Arson Increase In Northamptonshire

Northants Chief Fire Officer Martyn Emberson describes the increase in arson attacks in the county as a "blip" caused by an increase in vehicle fires. Plus, the riots 12 months on & agric crime.

Reaction to news that the number of arson attacks in Northamptonshire has risen by 17% in the past year. Stuart talks to Chief Fire Office Martyn Emberson, to Mick Rodden from the Arson Task Force, to Dr Geoff King who saw his surgery at Gold Street in Wellingborough destroyed by fire in 2010 and to caller Gail from Higham Ferrers whose home was the subject of an arson attack 12 months ago.
