There鈥檚 an extended H2O Show this Friday evening ahead of what could be world record breaking Olympic weekend.

Sir Robin Knox-Johnston and Shelley Jory-Leigh look back at the week鈥檚 races and ahead to Super Sunday when Lymington鈥檚 Ben Ainslie could take a record breaking 4th Gold in the Finn class, and Ian Percy & Andrew Simpson could take Gold in their Star class.

They review the week鈥檚 action, and take a flavour of nautical life in Weymouth & Portland.
