When was the last time you paid cash in hand?

David Gauke MP says if you pay cash in hand hoping for a discount, you are morally wrong.

According to government predictions they say as much as 2 billion pounds could have disappeared out of the public purse because of tradespeople evading tax on cash.

If you are a cabbie, a hairdresser, a builder or a window cleaner maybe you get paid in cash. How do you feel to have the finger of suspicion pointing at you as a tax evader?

Also, when was the last time you paid cash in hand?

At least one person is killed by a drunk driver everyday in this country.

Last year in Kent alone, 2,624 people were arrested for drink driving.

Driving or attempting to drive while above the legal limit or unfit through drink could lead to a 6 month prison sentence, together with a fine of up to Β£5,000 and disqualification from driving for at least 12 months.

Is this enough? Are we tough enough on drink drivers?

We hear from the Institute of Advanced Motorists who's survey reveals the majority of drivers would like to see much tougher penalties when it comes to drink drivers.

We also hear from Kathy Key from Cliftonville who's husband, Darryl was killed by a driver who had been drinking the night before and was still over the limit when the accident happened at two in the afternoon.

Kathy is now backing calls for the alcohol level to to be lowered to zero.
