How important is the hard shoulder?
The government wants to widen the M25 between junction 5 at Clacket lane services and junction 7 the turn off for the M23 by using the hard shoulder. They say it will improve traffic flow and reduce travel times, opponents say it will put drivers lives at risk.
The Highways agency say it will happen from the start of next year and they say it will be safe. Every one and half miles there will be a "refuge point" a layby where you can pull in if you get into trouble.
What do you think? Is this the answer to all your prayers? Do you get stuck in tailbacks on that stretch of road on a daily basis?
It sounds like the dream job - eating up to 2lbs of chocolates and sweets everyday and getting paid for it!
However, Angus Kennedy from East Farleigh near Maidstone is quitting his role as a chocolate taster for good of his health.
Having done the job for 30 years, Angus has been warned by his doctor that if he continues, he runs the risk of diabetis and even heart attack.
We speak to Angus to find out what is next for the man who is known as Kent's real-life Willy Wonka?
