Thrapston Supermarket Decision + Kids Heart Surgery To Stop

An East Northants Council Committee has decided that Thrapston's Castle Market will be the site for a new supermarket, & a children's heart surgery unit for the East Midlands is to close.

An East Northamptonshire Council Committee has decided that a supermarket will be built on the Castle Market site in Thrapston. Stuart talks to Councillor Pauline Bradley who chaired the committee meeting.

Children's heart surgery at Glenfield Hospital in Leicester, which serves Northamptonshire, is to end. Stuart talks to Leslie Hamilton from the NHS Safe & Sustainable Steering Group which offered clinical advice on the issue.
