Corby Borough Council is accused of missing out on millions of pounds by selling some of its land too cheaply. Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Northampton's Corby reporter Martin Borley has ssen the e-mail exchange that highlighted the issue and tells Stuart what the e-mails said. Stuart also talks to Conservative Councillor Rob McKellar who has made the matter public, and to the Acting Chief Executive of Corby Borough Council Norman Stronach.

After Friday's programe, when listeners contacted the show with critical comments about Kettering Borough Council's latest ideas for improving Kettering town centre, Councillor Terry Freer responds. Stuart also talks about the plans with Danielle Pinnington, the Managing Director of ShopperCentric, a research company which looks at shoppers' habits.

As Northampton General Hospital offers diabetes tests, the Joint Clinical Lead in Diabetes for the Northamptonshire Health Foundation Trust, Anne Lyon, tells Stuart about type 1 and type 2 diabetes and how they can affect sufferers. Stuart also talks to Philippa Blowfield from Titchmarsh whose son Jake was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes in 2004 when he was 3.

Cobblers fan Alex Butcher, in Ukraine for Euro 2012, wakes up just in time to tell Stuart about his adventures so far and looks ahead briefly to England's match against France.
