Water meters, being English and fashion mistakes

We discuss what it means to be English,
would you ever have a water meter fitted and
what was your worst ever fashion mistake?

Labour leader Ed Miliband has today admitted his party has been too reluctant to talk about English identity, so are we all afraid to take ownership of the flag of St George? Would you ever have a water meter fitted? This year April was the wettest for 100 years, but despite that water supplies are STILL at a critical level according to The Institution of Civil Engineers who say water meters should be fitted for things like watering the garden and washing cars. Finally What was your worst ever fashion mistake? The shell suit has now been voted the worst fashion item of the past 50 years but what did you wear that embarrasses you to this day?
