Β£1-million upgrade for Weedon crossroads + Jubilee reflections

With nearly a million pounds set to be spent on road improvements to the Weedon Crossroads, where the A5 meets the A45, Stuart talks to Councillor Chris Millar, Leader of Daventry District Council, about the plans and about residents concerns.

Northampton North Conservative MP Michael Ellis, a recognised Royal expert, and the former Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Royal correspondent Sandra Westbrooke join Stuart to review the weekend's Diamond Jubilee events.

Six-year-old Edward Dyster, who was born in Northampton, has embarked on a one hundred and thirteen mile bike ride from Northampton to Tower Bridge in London to raise money for the Donna Louise Children's Hospice in Stoke on Trent. Edward's Mum Emma tells Stuart why he wanted to do it and about their progress so far.

Reporter Rebecca Dickson talks to Kettering Borough Council Portfolio Holder for Community and Culture Cllr Steve Bellamy about the Council's search for beach volleyball players.
