Chris Evans brings 2Day to suitably dramatic climax with a live music extravaganza featuring the multi-platinum-selling English quartet Keane and a duet from The Voice UK's Tom Jones and Jessie J.
Broadcasting from the 100 CLub in central London, our very own "Happy Hour" kicked off with Jamie Cullum jazzing things right up, and Bellowhead sending the crowd crazy with their fabulous folk anthems.
Chris Rea battled the blues and won, while The Jersey Boys donned their sharpest suits to perform tracks from the West End show.
