Do you hate your body?

Have you been scarred by a cruel remark about your appearance - was it a stranger or someone you love? What did they say?

A group of MPs say children should have body image lessons because so many of us have chronic issues about how we look.
Can you relate to that? Do you hate your body? Do other people tell you you are being silly, that you look fine?

When you look in the mirror are you mortified by what you see? Are you too fat? Do you have a scar or stretchmarks, cellulite? Are your breasts too big or too small, are you covered in exzema, or painfully thin?

Do you never wear a swimsuit, do you avoid social situations?

Are you worried that someone you love cannot stand their body? Is your son or daughter or your partner struggling with body image. Are young children in your family already dieting?

We all assume that having a baby is going to bring us immense happiness. However, sadly for at least one in ten new mums, it does the opposite. It can bring on Post Natal Depression.

This morning we speak to Emma Boyes from Sevenoaks. She knows first hand how devastating Post Natal Depression can be - for the entire family.

We hear your views and stories.
