Drugs use, the housing market and Donna Summer

The Metropolitan Police Commissioner Bernard Hogan-Howe has said that testing employees for drugs at work could discourage recreational users, a report has warned that the housing market is broken and overcrowding is getting worse and Donna Summer has died at the age of 63.
