New approach to child protection in Northants
Northamptonshire County Council is introducing major changes to the way child protection work is managed, creating a Multi-Agency approach for social workers and the police to work together.
Stuart talks to Councillor Andrew Grant, the councillor in charge of Social Services at Northamptonshire County Council, about the launch of the Council's Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) that will become the central, single resource for all safeguarding and child protection work.
As a second food bank opens in Kettering, Stuart talks to the project manager Dave Goddard.
