What behaviour do you find rude?

We are talking about rudeness this morning after a coffee shop owner refused to serve customers if they are talking on their mobile phones.

Etiquette experts Debrett's have praised the stand - saying he is teaching people manners. Do you agree? Have manners in this country gone to pot? Or did he overreact? What is the rudest thing you have witnessed recently?

A three-year-old boy from Kent has been kept alive with an artificial heart for more than eight months, which doctors say is a record for a child in the UK.

Joe Skerratt from Gillingham, was diagnosed with dilated cardio-myopathy, which meant his heart struggled to pump blood around his body.

He was temporarily fitted with a "Berlin heart", to give his own a helping hand.

After 251 days, he finally had a heart transplant last year.

We speak live to Joe's mum Rachel.

We hear your views and stories.
