Northamptonshire MPs say deport Abu Qatada

Northampton South Conservative MP Brian Binley says the radical Moslem cleric Abu Qatada should have been deported some time ago, regardless of the European Court of Human Rights.

As a Council of Europe conference considers a British Government proposal to limit the powers of the European Court of Human Rights, two Northamptonshire MPs - Brian Binley (Northampton South) and Phillip Hollobone (Kettering) - criticise the court and call for the radical Muslim cleric Abu Qatada to be deported.

Mr Binley also describes the government's handling of the so-called "Granny tax" as being inept, while Mr Hollobone explains why he has voted against key measures of the Budget.
