Drought spreads - will it scupper deal to supply water to Northants?

Large parts of the Midlands, South and West of England are now officially in drought conditions. Stuart asks if it will hit plans for Anglian Water to buy supplies from Severn Trent.

Northamptonshire has officially been in drought conditions for months, and from this morning large parts of the Midlands, South and West of England have followed suit. Stuart speaks to Christine Tuckett from the Environment Agency and to Sarah-Jane O'Kane from Severn Trent about the proposed deal for Anglian Water to buy supplies from Severn Trent.
