Hundreds of elderly and disabled people have gathered today in London to protest about the care system in England, Transport for London expects to hand out about a million parking permits this summer to people who live and work close to the Olympic and Paralympic venues and London councils are calling on all mayoral candidates to put later tube times on their election agenda.
