Penmaenmawr to Rowen walk

Derek Brockway visits Penmaenmawr near Conwy for a 6 mile walk along the Huw Tom Trail to the village of Rowen.
Along the way you'll pass Caer Bach hillfort, Maen y Bardd - a Neolithic burial chamber and see some breathtaking views down over the River Conwy with the Clwydian Range to the east.
