Bryn Terfel's Snowdonia
Bryn finally fulfils his long-held ambition of climbing Snowdon and (with a lot of help) also gets a grand piano close to the summit! Accompanied by Annette Bryn Parri on piano, he sings W.S. Gwnn Williams’ 'My Little Welsh Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ'.
Also in the series, Bryn turns local traveller and explores the glories of his native Snowdonia. He visits the eccentric Italianate village of Portmeirion, and plummets to the depths of Blaenau Ffestiniog's slate mines, all a stone's throw from where he grew up.
The programme won 'Best Music Programme' at the Bafta Cymru Awards 2010.
