Dominic King has a report on the possible increase in council tax in Gravesham despite a government incentive to all local authorities to freeze it for the next financial year.

Dom hears how Tony Nicklinson, who has locked-in syndrome after a stroke, has taken his case to the High Court. Tony and his family wants to change the alw so that a doctor can end Tony's life.

Also, Dom chats to veteran journalist Sandy Gall, who lives in Penshurst, about his experiences of reporting from war zones.
