MPs are discussing putting the clocks forward in the Commons today, saying it would be beneficial for business to align with our neighbours in Europe.
Some people argue too that it would be safer for our children and help those who suffer from seasonal affective disorder.

With the support of a local charity, Peter tells us how he got back on his feet and how his autobiography, Forty Years War, will donate proceeds to the Bridge Trust in Tonbridge.
