A Kent solicitor is criticising the county's system of virtual courts, which police say could see drink-drivers lose their licences within 90 minutes.

The virtual court system is to be expanded next year, but some lawyers are already saying it harms a defendant's chances of justice.

We hear from Luke Myer, a partner in Robin Murray Solicitors in Chatham and Chief Superintendent Steve Corbishly from Kent Police. We also hear from Joshua Rozenberg, one of the country's most noted legal experts.

Also in the programme, three of Kent's local newspapers are preparing their final editions, marking an end to 150 years of publishing.

The last editions of the East Kent Gazette and Sheppey Gazette will be published next Wednesday and the Medway News will publish its final edition the following day.

We hear the reasons behind the closures, what the future holds for local media and what impact it will have on Kent's communities.

And the Government is considering a cull of badgers due to their link with bovine tuberculosis.

We speak to John Bovington, a Kent farmer who is against the culls, and Isabelle Brotherton from the National Farmers' Union.
