Dom has a report on the offer by Kent and East Sussex county councils to pay for a public inquiry into the dualling of the A21 between Tonbridge and Pembury.

Also, Dom talks to the assistant editor of Empire magazine, Ian Freer, and Herne Bay Festival organiser, John Hawkins, about the life and career of the late film director Ken Russell. His first feature film, French Dressing, was mostly filmed in Herne Bay.
