The government has promised to take action against carers and their employers who neglect the basic needs of elderly clients, new NHS guidelines say women who have a fear of giving birth should be allowed to have a caesarean section even if there is no medical need and one week from today millions of public sector workers are expected to strike in what's being called a National Day of Action.
