Fish & Chips VAT case
The National Federation of Fish Friers has enlisted the support of auditors KPMG to have VAT on hot take-away food in the UK zero-rated.
It follows the case of the German hot sausage seller Manfred Bog who won a ruling at the European Court of Justice.
