Isn't it time to start building more homes in Kent's villages?
Meopham is our starting point but frankly it could be any Kent village. Would you fight any plans to build new homes on the edge of your village? In Meopham there could be hundreds of extra homes, most crucially on a greenfield site.
Given that there is such a desperate shortage of affordable housing in the South East is it time to accept that your village cannot be preserved in aspic?
What has happened to your village over the years? Have you seen new homes built? Has it changed the nature of your Kent village?
Have you seen off the developers?
Why should young families not get the chance to live in a nice Kent village, just like you do?
What are you scared of?
If you live in one of Kent's towns are you fed up with all the building work? Are you losing your green spaces? Do you think the villages should take their share of the new homes we need?

Should people give up hope of ever owning a home?
Yesterday Paul Smee, the new director general of the Council of Mortgage Lenders, said many will spend far longer renting than they imagined.
His comments were echoed by deputy governor of the Bank of England, Charlie Bean, who predicted the number of homeowners will drop because lenders will stop handing out 'imprudently generous' mortgages that require little or no deposit.
So with so many people never being able to achieve their dream, is renting is 'the new normal'?
To make matters worse, it has never been more expensive to rent, with an average cost of Β£718 a month.
Housing minister Grant Shapps said yesterday he was determined to 'pull out all the stops to help those who want to take their first step onto the property ladder'.
We hear your stories.
