One Kent head teacher says we need complete parity, 50/50 men and women in our classrooms and he thinks we should go out of our way to recruit more male teachers.

Does your child or grandchild ever come into contact with men at school - particularly at primary level? Would you want them to?

And what about at home? How much time do children spend with their dads compared to their mums? Does it matter?

It is World Mental Health Day and a campaign has been launched to encourage more people to ask for help. It is called Don't Bottle It Up and it is intended to highlight the problems facing some members of the armed forces. Who do you turn to when you need help?
