Kent Police are catching more and more people using phones while driving, even though it is against the law. 6,000 fines were issued to motorists in Kent for using their mobiles while driving last year.

Should those drivers be banned or is it just an unfortunate reality of modern motoring. Do you ever drive while using a phone? Do you think you can do it safely?
