Sahira is being stretched every which way. The combination of work and bringing up two babies is hard at the best of times but today everything seems to be catching up with Sahira. When a woman comes in badly injured from a bullet wound, Sahira desperately tries to get the baby out for the sake of mother and child but as the emergency C-Section is underway Sahira is baffled when there is no sign of a baby whatsoever.
