Dominic King talks to Graham Gibbens from Kent County Council about changes to how people are charged for using adult social services in Kent. Mental health service users will be charged for the first time and disability allowances will decrease. The council says no-one will be asked to pay more than they can afford. Dom catches up with the progress of Duncan Philips from Tunbridge Wells who is attempting the Enduroman Arch to Arc triathlon. Duncan ran from Marble Arch to Dover, he is swimming from Dover to Calais and he will cycle from Calais to the Arc de Triomphe in Paris.

Also, Dom chats to Hollywood actor Jessica Chastain about her role in The Debt alongside Helen Mirren and Tom Wilkinson.
