The London underground worker at the centre of the forthcoming tube strikes has been found to have been unfairly dismissed, more than 60 MPs have opposed plans to ban parents from smoking in the car when there are children on board and two-thirds of nearly two million people who applied for tickets for next year's Olympics got nothing.
