Dom hears about the alternative vision from local architect Sam Causer for improving Arlington House in Margate. His idea has boosted the campaign of residents who are against plans for the building to be surrounded by a new supermarket, a hotel, a number of other shops and restaurants.

Dom hears that the Pfizer site at Sandwich has officially been put up for sale and is being marketed as a discovery park. The pharmaceutical company announced in February it was pulling out of the town.

Also, Dom talks to American singer-songwriter Don McLean who is performing in England this summer.
