Matt Davison, sitting in for Dominic King, hears how Kent County Council has the fewest women of all the county councils and unitary authorities in the south east. Exclusive research by Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Kent reveals only 14 out of a total of 84 politicians at KCC are women, which is less than 17%.
Matt has a report on the first day of the Epsom races and he looks ahead to the Derby on Saturday with sports reporter, Phil Parry, who is at the racecourse.
Matt talks to Kent fishmonger Greg Rouse about how to choose and cook less well known types of fish. A group of MPs wants us to eat more fish that are less well known, such as megrim and ling, to reduce the amount that is thrown back into the sea after being caught.
Matt chats to actor Nigel Lindsay about his lead role in Shrek the Musical which is on at the Theatre Royal in London. He performs alongside Britain's Got Talent judge Amanda Holden who is Princess Fiona.
