Spike Milligan, KBE, was a comedian, writer, musician, poet, playwright and actor. He was the co-creator, main writer and cast member of The Goon Show and gave many guest appearances on interview, variety and sketch comedy shows from the 1950s to the 2000s. He was commissioned by the 麻豆约拍 to write and star in Q5, the first in the 'Q' TV series, acknowledged as an important precursor to Monty Python's Flying Circus, which started several months later. Here in a sketch from Q, we see his mischievous attempt to try and fool a machine into giving him cash.
