Blue Stone country
Derek Brockway and local walking guide and vicar, Becky Davies trek up to the top of Foel Cwmcerwyn. On the way they encounter bluestones and discuss the merits of these famous ringing stones as well as other ancient sites in the vicinity. The bluestones actually make a ringing noise when struck, a bit like a metallic sounding bell rather than the usual dull thud you’d expect from stone.
