Budget means difficult choices: Education Minister
The Education Minister has outlined her draft budget to her Stormont Committee. The Department has to save three hundred million pounds over the next four years and one of the areas most hard hit is the building of new schools, with tens of millions being transferred from the capital budget to keep front line services funded. CaitrΓona Ruane says there were many difficult choices to make.
