Dominic King brings you the news that the head of Kent County Council's children's services, Rosalind Turner, is quitting her job. Last year Ofsted concluded KCC's children's services were "inadequate".

Dom hears how the barriers at the Dartford Crossing will be removed this year says the Roads Minister Mike Penning. The government has proposed to increase tolls at the crossing to pay for a new system of charging drivers for using it.
