Turner Contemporary in Margate near completion

It's a landmark day for Margate and the flagship project upon which the town's future depends, Kent County Council is handing over the gallery to the Turner Contemporary Trust who will run the centre.

The first art work is finally going up the Turner Contemporary in Margate. The latest documents published by Wikileaks reveals Libya threatened Britain with "dire repercussions" if the man convicted of the Lockerbie bombing died in jail.
