Ireland is one of Europe's most indebted economies. Justin Rowlatt interviews Barry O'Leary, the head of the Irish Development Agency, who says the downturn has an upside for entrepreneurs. He is very optimistic about the long term prospects for key sectors of the Irish economy. Justin also speaks to Padraig O'Ceidigh of Aer Arann who describes the problems that have beset his business and explains why he too is optimistic about Ireland's future. The programme also hears from Kenya about what developing economies can learn from one of Europe's more successful economies, Holland.
