Bob Harris talks about Johnny Cash and Religion
'Whispering' Bob Harris and Texan singer-songwriter Kimmie Rhodes are taking part in a special service at Christ Church Cathedral, Oxford, to celebrate the life, faith and music of Johnny Cash.
Johnny Cash and Religion - A special service is taking place in Oxford to commemorate the life, faith and music of Johnny Cash. His beliefs, troubled life, and natural talent made him one of the most intriguing figures of popular music. DJ Bob Harris will be taking part in the service at Chris Church Cathedral on the 6th December.
Lord Bishop - The Bishop of Oxford - the Right Reverend John Pritchard - has been introduced into the House of Lords. He has also taken on the portfolio for education at the Church of England.

Not Ashamed - Christians all over the country are being called on to stand up for their beliefs in public on December 1st. The 'Not Ashamed' Campaign, organised by Christian Concern For Our Nation, is urging believers to wear a logo resembling 'a cross in a speech bubble' which will be seen by their colleagues and peers. Christians will show solidarity to people who claim to have been 'discriminated against' because of their faith.
