Andy Kershaw in a Gypsy compound in the outskirts of Baghdad, speaks with gypsy female singer Sahar al Basri about the tradition of women singing among the gypsies, and about how they differ from the Arabs. The programme ends with the Gypsies singing and dancing while a government official tries to stop Andy from taking a photo of the outcast gypsies dancing with Saddam Hussein’s photo in the background.
