Optimism abounds about Africa's economies; but there are still challenges to doing business on the continent. How can Africa make itself more friendly to private investment?
The Investment Climate Facility for Africa works to get private investment into Africa and advise African states on how to become more friendly to private enterprise. The co-Chair of the Facility, former Tanzanian President Benjamin Mkapa, is optimistic but says there are still huge barriers to private investment.
