Tracey Clarke and Neil Sackley take The H2O Show to the Royal Dorset Yacht Club in Weymouth as the 2010 Spirit of the Sea festival moves into its second week.

The Weymouth Regatta is an integral part of the festival, we hear from some of those taking part. Tracey finds out about sea kayaking, while keeping her feet dry.

Away from Weymouth, the Westward Cup Regatta has been providing some spectacular sights in the Solent this week and we hear from one of the skippers.

And we have the extended sailing forecast for those venturing out onto the water this weekend.
