Record-breaking yachtsman Sir Robin Knox-Johnston and powerboat champion Shelley Jory-Leigh with all aspects of life on the water, live from Calshot Tower's viewing platform.
This week, Sir Robin Knox-Johnston and Shelley Jory-Leigh take the show to Calshot Spit and broadcast live from the top of tower.
They will chat to members of National Coastwatch about their new home and the service they provide to users of the Solent and beyond.

Exercise Transglobe - the tri-services round the world operation ended this week in Gosport, and we were on the finish line as the yachts came home.
Also this week, Sir Robin meets Merf Owen - the man responsible for a number of recent racing yachts, including Dame Ellen MacArthur's Kingfisher.
