Filming in Freezing Temperatures
Filming penguins in freezing temperatures. Cameraman, Wade Fairly, and his assistant, Frederique Olivier, are capturing images of wild life in extremely cold conditions. On location, members of the natural history production crew try not to interfere with nature, but Frederique cannot stop herself from rescuing a baby penguin that has got stuck under some ice. Having spent such a long time observing these birds, she judges her intervention to be completely justified. The young creature is soon returned to the others and stands a greater chance of survival. The narrator is David Attenborough.
