JG's been messing about on the river with 73-year-old rower Barbara Hemming who's raising money for charity.
Plus yachtsman Alex Bennett talks about his 2,000 mile race around the British Isles.
JG sits in for Michael Chequer on today's show and there's a watery theme to the show.
Barbara Hemming is 73-years-young this year and she's about to row the equivalent of a marathon - 26 miles on the River Yealm - to raise money for Help For Heroes.
Plus, on June 6th 2010 Alex Bennett and Malcolm Dickinson will race 2,000 miles around the British Isles competing against nearly fifty other sailors.
JG will be finding out what makes Alex tick and asking him to choose some of his favourite songs.
