The Young Ones brought alternative comedy into the television mainstream in the early 1980s. From the pilot episode 'Demolition', Vyvyan bursts through the wall and onto the living room table. This excerpt is Vyvyan's first entrance and sets the tone of his anarchic slapstick character from the start.
