Service in Seattle

Peter Day hears some words about creating businesses from someone who’s done it.

Peter Day meets the entertaining Scots-born entrepreneur called Richard Tait. He left Microsoft where he was very successful to create a fabulously popular old-fashioned board game called Cranium. It made him a fortune when he sold it two years ago. Richard Tait is now a brand consultant with his own firm called β€œboomboom” and an energetic motivational speaker on the conference circuit, fascinated by service.
