Steve Evans reports from Melbourne, a city that has suffered ten years of drought. He talks to oyster farmer Graham Taylor, who says that the lack of rain means less food for the oysters. Tony Kelly, the Managing Director of Yarra Valley Water, outlines how people have been made to cut back on their water usage.
Plus Chris Herbert the Chief Executive of Aquasure who is building a desalination plant to suck water from the sea and make it usable.
While Arlene Buchan of the Australian Conservation Programme thinks we need a fundamental change of attitude towards water.
