Lucy Duran and Viram Jasani conclude their music tour of North India. This week they continue to explore the desert music of Rajasthan and meet Indian fusion artist Trilok Gurtu in Bombay.

Lucy Duran and Viram Jasani conclude their musical tour of North India. This week they continue their exploration of desert music in Rajasthan where they visit the small village of Hamira and meet musicians regularly paid in camels and goats for their performances.

Ending their journey in Bombay they visit the family home of Indian fusion artist Trilok Gurtu who introduces his morther, Shoba Gurtu, a well-known and highly respected classical singer. Plus, they meet female tabla player Anuradha Pal, and playback singer Alka Yagnik - a Bollywood superstar.
